(CAD)(CAM) Engineering

We use the latest version of Master Cam to machine your simple to complex 2D, 3D and 4th axis parts.  With master cam we have an integrated CAD system to stream line part creation, fixturing, and machining.

  • Shop Floor Control, using E2 Shoptech software.
  • Mastercam 2018
  • Data Transfer of IGES-DXF-CAD-SLDS via E-Mail.

Services

Production
Large quantities and tight tolerances are no problem we are committed to quality procedures and have the dedication to exceed your production needs. Production is typically done on our CNC Mill and Lathes, we use the latest machining techniques to remove the highest level of cubic inches per minutes, lowering cost and saving time.
Prototyping
Prototype work is tackled with the best methods possible to be as cost effective for an on time delivery. Prototype parts can require manual or CNC equipment or a combination of both depending on the part. We have the experience, equipment, software, and the know how to get the job done right. Always working close to our customers to make your parts more cost effective.
Conventional Machining
Manual lathes and mills hold tight tolerance on simple low volume parts, and are cost effective alternative to a CNC mill or lathe, because of their shorter setup and no programming needed. Years of experience makes us a very competitive and cost effective choice. These methods are at the core of our machining practices.
Outside Processing
We have access to numerous off site resources including part grinding, EDM, heat treating, plating, painting, welding, honing, cleaning, and non destructive testing. Many other services can be incorporated into the parts if needed. If you have a special request like Boeing or NADCAP approved sources please make a note when submitting your quote and at the time of the P.O.
